Exciting opportunity as a Social Media & Content Executive to own the social media strategy on behalf of an exciting drinks and hospitality business.

Client Details

Fantastic alcoholic beverages business home to some of the biggest brands within beer and cider in particular.

The Social Media & Content Executive will play a key role in managing, growing and enhancing the business (and their brands) reputation and visibility online. The ultimate aim? Drive footfall to pubs and overall (sensible) consumption.

They recognise the opportunity afforded by direct contact with customers and establishing a social community - reporting into the Marketing Director shows how high profile the position is.

You'll be expected to:

* Devise and execute social media and content strategy across paid and organic

* Curate and create genuinely innovative content that includes working cross-functional input

* Use social media to drive brand advocacy that converts to footfall for pubs and hotels

* Utilise in-platform and 3rd party analytic tools to report on campaigns/content success

* Own the content management platform, managing access and updates on a daily basis

* Manage all corporate social media platforms

* Optimally target and schedule posts to maximise performance and optimise Paid-strategies

* Manage the online reputation for the business whilst training hotel/pub staff on best practice.


The Social Media & Content Executive needs to be an outgoing, creative individual with outstanding communication skills (spoken and written).

You'll have a demonstrable track record of producing highly engaging social content that is based on strong analytics. Background in B2C is essential and an understanding of online systems including CMS, Blogs and scheduling tools like Hot Suite/Sprout Social is key.

This role will have an awful lot of autonomy so the ability to prioritise your workload and manage stakeholders will be pivotal in your success.
