Description

As part of the Online Sales team, you'll be responsible for driving traffic to and converting customers on the site.

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be expected to:

* Assist with the implementation of the digital marketing strategy, focusing on marketing channel attribution, tracking methodologies, digital marketing systems, processes and technologies.

* Identify new opportunities and sales channels to drive incremental growth whilst maintaining CPA expectations

* Contribute to the creation of customer value propositions which keep the channels feeling fresh and conversion optimised

* Adopt a test and learn approach to all activity - ensuring all sales conversion opportunities have been optimised

* Oversee the SEO Strategy, and ensure best practice is adopted and monitored.

* Set KPIs and ensure all activities are evaluated against ensuring growth and lifetime value targets..

* Drive all sales, planning and generation for all digital paid and natural channels.

* Deliver the content marketing and social media strategies.


Profile

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in delivering a multi-channel acquisition strategy that you also convert.

You'll have had experience of most acquisition channels across paid (PPC, Programmatic, Display) and organic (Content Social).

The ideal candidate will have worked within established and challenging markets - a subscriptions based business is a huge plus but industries like telcos, online gaming and ecommerce are preferred.

You'll also have to demonstrate the following:

* Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders

* Initiative with a logical and thorough approach to problem solving

* Strong commercial acumen with a good level of financial literacy

* Analytical and critical attention to detail

* Engaging communication style and an ability to present complex information in a simple and accessible way

* Project management skills
* Ability to build and sustain interdepartmental relationships
