This Senior Digital Marketing Manager should attract a digital leader, with ambitions to drive performance through analysis and optimisation of data. You will join a global business operation with a focus on health, wellness and innovation; and work in conjunction with the leadership team to identify growth areas and answer questions around the digital consumer and their journey. This FMCG role is based in South West London and will manage x2 reports.

Description

The successful FMCG Senior Digital Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities;

* To drive digital analysis and structure into an entrepreneurial and creative business; to establish a key strategy and method behind their consumer campaigns.
* Track, share and push the digital agenda internally and globally to own and understand the consumer pathway and the value of this channel.
* To lead and answer the 'digital questions' around customer journey, spend and visibility.
* Line management of 1-2 direct reports.


Profile

The successful Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be committed to wellness and lifestyle and will have operated in a product led business ideally within the FMCG arena. You may be best suited if you couple a creative streak with the ability to introduce, coach and drive structure into a business unit. You will be extremely analytic, have strong achievements across establishing and manipulating the digital consumer journey and be able to work in an exceptionally collaborative way.

This role will be suited to a candidate able to work in a structured and unstructured environment. B2C agency applicants with bog-campaign-experience are welcome.
