My client are an exciting manufacturer of alternative food products. Going from strength to strength over the last 10 years, they are now manufacturing their additive-free and natural products for sale in over 600 retail stockists across the UK. Since launching their eCommerce platform they have a strong online presence and sell/ship direct to customers. Keen to enter the next phase of company growth, we are partnering with this passionate brand to recruit the newly-created job of Digital Marketing Executive.

Your new role
As the Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for executing all digital marketing elements, as well as contributing to delivering the overall Marketing & PR strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Social Media tactics; creating, scheduling & posting content as well as reach & engagement analysis across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; email marketing (Mailchimp); creating & uploading content to the eCommerce website (Magento); and utilising broader digital tactics such as SEO. You will also be involved in broader Marketing elements including Event planning, execution and publicity; identifying PR opportunities; and creating content for editorials, sourcing promotional materials and producing visual content.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Digital Marketing specialist with previous experience in a Marketing role undertaking digital elements. Experience within an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred, as is broad knowledge across Digital Content, Social Media, Email Marketing, SEO, Analytics - and core skills in Copywriting. You will have used CMS' previously (Wordpress, Magento etc.), and worked with programmes such as Mailchimp and Google Analytics for Email and Analysis of activities. You will understand lead generation tactics, have ideally worked within Retail/FMCG/eCommerce previously and have content creation skills using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A qualification or additional training in Digital Marketing is strongly preferred.
