Our client are a global leader in their Specialism.


Description

The Change Communications Manager will be responsible for the following:

Establish the appropriate strategy, approach, change management principles and practices, communications and processes necessary to ensure a successful business roll out for this specific project.

To identify and build through market / local sponsorship a network of local change agents who will be acting as local Delivery Sponsors to ensure the change work and communications related to the programme are timely and relevant.

To ensure a robust definition of the From-to-model and keep it up-to-dated throughout the duration of the project as a baseline for any comms and change management plan.

To build a clear and concise Change Management plan to embed the programme in each country (with activities, time-lines and owners) and lead, coordinate the delivery of the plan.

Ensure any people impact is addressed in all countries in scope

To support and advise local stakeholders how to minimise resistance and maximise employee engagement against the benefits of the programme.


Profile

The candidate that secures the Change Communications Manager opportunity will bring the following skills and attributes:

Proven track record in change management and planning as well as related communications with sensitivity to differing geographies and cultures.

Strong knowledge of change management tools, approaches, methodologies and processes that help implement business change effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively as well as establish and sustain good working relationships with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with outstanding skills with the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability as a strong team player working across multiple geographies and cultures
