We are working with an innovative organisation one of the fastest growing in Europe. They have changed the industry and have plans to expand to the rest of the world.
We are looking for a new Global Head of CRM to become the key driver of customer retention. This will be an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and wants to play a major role in driving the next stage of growth. You will have complete autonomy of the shape and direction of the CRM programme and leads its transformation. This is a core role within the marketing team.
You will work closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to define and create a world-class communication strategy that fits seamlessly into their product experience and aligns closely with the brand.
You will have a hand in the entire communications ecosystem - creating the global best practices followed by every team in the world, mentoring and consulting teams on their local strategies, and owning the platforms used to deliver communications.
We are looking for someone who has vision and insight and who can own the global CRM strategy. You will need to continually look to identify and evaluate opportunities as the business grows. The team is collaborative and you will be someone who is used to working in a multi location organisation environment to engage and understand the needs of each geography.
