An enthusiastic, detail-oriented and self-motivated Digital Manager is sought to help a rapidly growing international law firm on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

With help from the Digital Executive and Communications Assistant, you will be responsible for and have oversight of the firm's approach to its online presence, currently website and social media. Acting as a central point of contact for all digital enquiries and as the interface for digital matters with IT and relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, the Digital Manager will work with the Director of Client & Strategic Development to develop and implement digital strategy for the firm including refinements and further development phases for the firm's website. You will be responsible for developing and managing extranets and microsites and gated material, review and upload content, preparing and delivering best practice guidelines and reviewing analytics and managing dissemination across stakeholders. From a social media perspective, the successful candidate will update and feed into the firm's social media policy, provide training and champion the use of social media, maintain the firm's online presence, including writing and uploading content, and provide analytics to improve engagement. The role holder will also work with stakeholders and the team to deliver projects and thought leadership in line with the firm's strategy.

The successful candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent and will possess proven experience in a digital communications role, preferably in the legal sector. Diplomatic, calm under pressure and with a 'can do' attitude, the Digital Manager will possess strong project management and outstanding written and oral communication skills and will be adept at working effectively and confidently with multiple senior stakeholders within a complex structure. Excellent IT skills particularly WordPress, google analytics, hotjar, LinkedIn and Twitter are essential.
