To champion the Freixenet brand and develop and activate the UK Freixenet marketing strategy to deliver against the brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Based on full evaluation of historic activity and brand performance, develop and implement compelling support plans to continue the momentum and drive growth of the Freixenet brand
  • Be the champion of the Freixenet consumer and shopper to ensure needs are met and opportunities are identified
  • Work closely with global brand leaders to agree strategic direction and innovation pipeline to ensure that UK consumer and category opportunities are reflected
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with key stakeholders, cross functional teams and external agencies to deliver plans and inform commercial strategy and activities
  • Manage the development and activation of local brand campaigns
  • Ensure all communications, materials and support adhere to brand guidelines
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the brand budget
  • Agree plans with and provide content support for accounts with Customer Marketing Manager
  • Work with Category team to ensure in depth knowledge of brand performance, provide rationale, data analysis and reporting and identify brand opportunities
  • Responsible for driving digital and social media marketing for UK market.

Key Relationships:

Marketing Team, Global Brand Leader, Category Team, Sales Team, Sales Support, Technical, External ATL and BTL Agencies

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience managing and building brands, within food, drink, health or beauty, is essential   
  • Proven experience of creating effective, integrated marketing campaigns across all media including digital
  • Experience of working across multi-channel communications platforms, including digital
  • Experience of working with third party agencies
  • Excellent presentation skills – the ability to collate, articulate and deliver information clearly and concisely
  • Project management experience
  • Numerate, and able to analyse data to support recommendations and decision making
  • Ability to manage own time and workload
  • Experienced writing copy across all communications platforms
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experenced working as a team with other brand managers in the UK and globally
  • Budget management experience
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous
