Are you passionate about art, design and culture? Have you got significant experience leading high-profile, high-impact, fully integrated marketing campaigns, working with high-profile brands?

The V&A – the world’s leading museum of art, design and performance – is looking for an experienced, integrated campaign marketing lead to oversee its world-famous, cross-channel advertising campaigns activity for the V&A’s exhibitions, festivals, gallery openings and activities, for a 6-month period from September 2019 – March 2020. Overseeing a team of six, this role will shape the creative direction, media planning and buying strategies, and integrated digital activations across some of the V&A’s most high-profile campaigns in the coming year, from Cars to Alice in Wonderland.

We are looking for a talented campaign marketer to:

  • Lead, manage and support a campaigns team of sic marketing managers and officers
  • Oversee the V&A’s advertising output, including V&A exhibition campaigns for Cars in Nov 2019, and Kimono, Bags, Renaissance Watercolour and Alice in Wonderland  In 2020
  • Target campaigns and activity to core audience segments, to meet or exceed visitor numbers and drive revenue
  • Integrate digital marketing, content and social media activations into our campaigns
  • Work with the Director of Audiences and Head of Integrated Marketing & Insights on campaigns that support the V&A brand

    We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years working on multi-channel campaign management - leading, planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns for high profile brands
  • Experience of managing and mentoring a team of at least 3 people
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content, influencer outreach and partnership activation
  • Excellent relationship management skills, good at managing multiple stakeholders, including agencies
  • Confident and competent to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, able to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
  • Available to start in September 2019

    This role is a 6-month contract offering a salary of £45-50k pro-rata and a great benefits package.
