We are looking for an inventive and tenacious Marketing Manager to join our central Marketing Team.

You will be driven, ambitious and creative, focussed on providing a strategic and pragmatic international marketing service to the External Relations division and wider University when required. Familiar with a fast-paced, demanding marketing environment, you will develop, manage and implement innovative and inspiring annual marketing plans to support student recruitment targets, showcase the student experience and promote and enhance our renowned reputation as a Russell Group university. You will aspire to an omnichannel approach, providing a seamless experience to target audiences worldwide.

We need a natural influencer, used to achieving consensus from multiple stakeholders and requests. You will be experienced in the full marketing mix, possess robust project management skills, demonstrate expertise in developing and managing content across existing and newly identified channels, be a creative thinker and adept at analysing data and drawing insight from multiple sources to inform and support the priorities identified in your plans.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and other members of External Relations, including senior management, academic and professional services staff, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for our International remit, assisting the International Office in delivering ambitious student recruitment targets, promoting services and support for our International students and building the reputation of the University of Bristol globally. Knowledge of International markets and international student recruitment is desirable but not essential.
