The role

Reporting to our Head of Brand and Marketing, you will take on a multi-faceted role with both strategic focus and operational responsibility. We will give you accountability for managing a robust, innovative marketing strategy that supports our corporate business plan.

You will lead and develop the marketing planning team and in-house studio and manage our marketing supplier base. Your expertise and experience will ensure there are clear customer segment and geographical plans in place. You’ll develop the roadmap for our marketing capabilities. You will lead on investment decisions in tandem with key business areas.

We want to you to use new technology, processes and suppliers to continually improve reach, cut through and conversion. Through sophisticated use of test and learn activity, you will position us at the leading edge of marketing effectiveness.

  • Highly experienced leader and marketing professional, with record of innovation and boosting capability.
  • Expertise in people, budget, portfolio and supplier management.
  • Digital marketing capabilities and data techniques.
  • Marketing effectiveness and measurement techniques.
