The role of Research Manager, Customer Marketing is for a leading London based business services brand. They are one of the leaders in their market and are looking for someone to come on board and drive a customer marketing programme based on in depth insights.

Client Details

The client is a FTSE 250, global business services brand. They offer an excellent internal working environment and long term career progression. The role is based in one of the company's London offices.


The role of Research Manager, Customer Marketing includes the following responsibilities:
Engage with a key customer base across different industries, to understand their needs and create effective marketing plans that are focused on the customer and founded on in depth and reliable insights
Continually look to improve the service offering through feedback and analysis
Develop new marketing tactics and bespoke 'always on' content marketing programmes, tailored to the key audience
Manage the implementation of NPS and fully utilise other insight tools available


The successful candidate for the Research Manager, Customer Marketing position will possess the following:
Demonstrable experience of delivering customer-centric campaigns, with a clear insight lead approach
Experience of developing content programmes that position a brand as a thought-leader and are based on sound market research
Have strong experience of using both qualitative and quantitative analysis
Experienced in running multi-channel campaigns and utilising a continuous improvement approach
Be an excellent communicator, written and verbal with strong attention to detail
Comfortable being hands on in the creation and delivery of campaigns/marketing events
