Description

As the Head of Partnerships services responcibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Tender Programme Management & Content

* Supporting Partnership teams by developing appropriate tender materials both stock and bespoke as required to meet tender requirements

* Presentation & Report Services

* Supporting Partnership teams by providing both stock and bespoke materials and content for Partnership meetings and reports

* Partnership Communication & Engagement Strategy

* Supporting Partnership teams to win new Partnership deals by developing appropriate strategic, tactical and ad hoc marketing and comms initiatives as required

* Create and execute a Partnership event programme

* Ensure all external communications to Asset and Landlord Partners are aligned to our Global positioning

* Define, develop, manage and deliver the Outdoor Division's Partnership - online and direct marketing

* To ensure market positioning is clearly communicated and understood both internally amongst staff (principally Partnership team) and externally within the Landlord and Asset Partner communities

* Work cross-functionally/in collaboration with senior members of Commercial Division, Research, Commercial Marketing & Sales to create powerful insights and compelling narratives to drive our Partnership growth strategy through innovative, creative collateral
* Manage all UK outdoor division posts and content to workplace


Profile

The successful candidate will have some or all of the following:

* Demonstrable experience in responding to tenders and marketing

* Demonstrable experience of supporting new business wins within a team and matrix structure

* Demonstrable experience of managing complex programmes

* A thorough understanding and demonstrable application of all elements within the Marketing Communications mix preferably at management level

* A track record of implementing marketing activities resulting in measurable commercial success

* Demonstrable experience in managing and getting the most out of group departments, external agencies and supplies

* Expert in Keynote (Powerpoint) & desk top publishing

* Experience of Pardot, Showpad & Salesforce - would be desirable







Qualifications

* Post secondary training or educated to degree (or degree equivalent) level

* Fluency in English - verbal and written

* Marketing or Communications qualification

* Membership of CIM or other credible Marketing, PR or Communications industry body
