A Market leading leisure brand based in Harlow, Essex are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to lead their small marketing team.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of the global brand marketing strategy using the entire marketing mix. This covers areas such as events, partnerships, sponsorships, advertising (paid and organic), traditional media, digital marketing, social media and more.

The ideal person for this role is hands-on and loves the combination of strategy and working alongside their team and colleagues. They will be an excellent communicator, incredibly organised and able to build great relationships across the business to ensure commercial and creative success. Key to success in this role will be the ability to set priorities, provide consistency, and make clear and insight driven strategic decisions which help drive the achievement of the business's objectives

Key Duties will include

* Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
* Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
* Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
* Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
* Briefing, creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
* Planning and implementing promotional campaigns (both digital and traditional).
* Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
* Overall responsibility for brand management and identity
* Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications, including monthly marketing reports
* Working closely with design/media buying and website agencies
* Leading launch strategy for new product launches.
* Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
* Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
* Devising the yearly marketing strategy
* Budget management
* Responsible for all external and internal communications including packaging descriptions, press releases, product descriptions and more
