To support in the planning and execution of brand communications and its partners in support of the business's strategic marketing objectives and to build brand affinity among target audiences as a global technology, lifestyle and sports brand.

Description

* To provide valuable press office support and manage the day-to-day running of the Comms team's operations





* Provide valuable and pro-active operational support to the wider Comms team by managing ongoing content plans, media databases, distribution lists, templates, company assets, sourcing information and imagery when required





* To support collaborative working between other teams in the marketing business: comms, Digital, Partner Activation and Events departments in relation to partner activity, media events and comms and digital campaigns





* To produce high-quality written material in the form of press releases, internal communications announcements, reports, spokesperson briefing documents often for C-level executives across the business, speeches, media correspondence





* Support the partnerships under the guidance of the Senior Communications Manager including reviewing and advising on communications and social plans, Q&As and announcements to ensure is correctly represented externally





* Support and work with partners on mutually beneficial opportunities including being a communications team presence at launches, events, conferences





* To manage incoming media requests and identify opportunities that can enhance the brand and improve understanding of as a world-class technology, sports and lifestyle brand


Profile

* Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders of all levels of seniority throughout the business





* Excellent and thorough written skills with a keen attention to detail





* Strong team player and communicator with keenness to work in both a small team as well as play an active role in the wider department





* An inquisitive and self-starting nature, with the ability to manage one's own workload independently





* Confident in contributing to creative brainstorms





* The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally and at all levels





* Pro-active with strong organisation skills to ensure task completion
