An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Performance Manager based in Berkshire. This role will champion the paid and performance channels, with a focus on increasing reach, engagement and activation through digital campaigns. Working with the Senior Digital Manager; you will implement the digital media plan and must be fascinated by digital media performance and always looking at improvements to drive success.

The successful Digital Performance Manager will have the following responsibilities;

* Develop digital performance campaigns to support ongoing test & learn strategies.
* Manage media and performance partners and agencies.
* Responsible for delivering necessary reach, engagement and activation across multiple sites and platforms.
* Support elevation of the brand alongside the wider marketing goals and ambitions.
* Measure, report and respond to performance of all digital marketing channels across set goals and defined metrics.
* Building personalised approach across media landscape by utilising partners to better target the right messages to the right people.
* Owning / managing the Digital Media budgets, targets and pace setting.
* Be the voice of Digital Performance in internal meetings.


The successful Digital Performance Manager will be a self-starter with an analytic mind and a focus on results. You must be comfortable in analysing daily and weekly performance and taking rapid action to capitalise on opportunities. You will have proven experience of developing and implementing digital strategies across a range of channels; and be able to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be a storyteller with strong financial acumen and strong budgeting ability and ideally, have a strong knowledge of current online marketing concepts, media strategy and best proactive in Digital.

Ideally, you may be from an FMCG and/or Membership background.
