An experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager is required to join the team of an ever expanding and rapidly evolving group of recruitment and staffing companies. This is a new role within a recently formed, centralised team within the group, so a really exciting time for the company and offers a lot of potential to develop and grow!
Supporting the Group Marketing Manager on the delivery and development of an ambitious marketing and communications strategy, the successful candidate will be passionate about coming up with new and creative ideas and be capable of working autonomously on multiple projects with tight deadlines. Responsibilities will include:
- Using a mixture of PR, Marketing and Digital channels to increase brand awareness and recognition for the group and the group brands and ultimately drive lead generation into the business
- Supporting the planning and execution of multi-media marketing campaigns, including research, writing copy, tracking, and analysis
- Working on projects such as internal comms tool rollout, website projects and sales collateral
- Managing one Marketing Assistant and overseeing a team of outsourced support
Companies within the group are based all over the world, so a good understanding of global markets – ideally within the recruitment or professional services sector, would be a bonus, as would experience of working for large organisations across multiple brands.
