Description

The successful Content Optimisation Executive will be responsible for amplifying the onsite experience and making sure that the personalised content keeps consumers on-site, engaged and looking for more...!

* Lead the development and management of content across international platforms. You must have a natural *curiosity* to deliver here!
* Own search engine marketing in partnership with a creative and technical agency; driving SEO performance.
* Leverage the power of the 'Sitecore' to map user journeys, plan and deploy personalisation and drive greater relevance to increase conversions.

* Develop website KPI's - providing monthly reporting and analysis against these KPI's.
* Use A/B Testing methods to drive website performance.


Profile

The successful candidate will be both creative and analytical; holding a natural *curiosity* to drive greater relevance into online content and deliver greater conversions.

You must be able to look at a website and a customer journey and think... I can make this better!

* Ideally, you will have a knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco or Sitefinity suitable.
* Highly experienced with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
* Strong copywriting and language skills
* Strong knowledge of SEO - with technical and onsite experience
* A/B testing knowledge, focused on personalisation.
