The purpose of the role is to lead the day-to-day management of the corporate social media communities, primarily across Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.

They have broad experience and deep knowledge of the factors driving market change. This allows them to operate with insight and act with authority in seeking to resolve industry issues, shape policies and raise standards across the industry.


Joining a remarkable team with a history of internal growth, you'll be the lynchpin for their social communities. Amongst other things, the Social Media Community Executive will be responsible for:

* Planning - content planning and scheduling across key networks

* Creation - content development including copywriting and visuals

* Production - working directly with content suppliers (e.g. designers and video producers) to ensure assets for social are developed on brand and on time

* Stakeholders - reporting to Digital lead and working with the Marketing / Communications team and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all sectors and initiatives are well represented through social

* Analytics - ongoing monitoring of content performance and the execution of a quarterly social media audit

* Audiences - targeting audiences through social

* Support - channel / account support for official spokesperson accounts

* Paid - support on social paid media e.g. campaign tracking


To be successful and enjoy your time as the Social Media Community Executive, you'll have competencies across and exposure to:

* Demonstrable social media expertise (up-to-date with the latest trends and features).

* Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

* Social media creativity - copywriting skills and good eye for design.

* A strong understanding of the social media landscape and tools.

* Customer service knowledge and expertise.

* Ambitious, Confident, Self-motivated, and able to work in a team as well as independently.

* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines i.e. great at managing projects

* Ability to analyse and collate data, produce reports and work with internal stakeholders to achieve KPI's.
