A great opportunity for a Marketing Executive has arisen with a successful multi-site food retailer based from their central London offices.

Client Details

Our client are a innovative, forward thinking multi-site food retail business and leaders in the Casual Dining space!


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing executive will take responsibility for the following....

* Work with external agencies & Marketing Managers to deliver promotional campaigns set out in the Brand Plans.

* Work with design agencies, printers & operations to manage Menu changes and ensure that point of sale is delivered on time.

* Complete trend and industry research to support large scale projects.

* Manage and maintain the Brand library as a key point of reference for information about our brands.

* Work with other divisional marketing managers to keep abreast of marketing activities across the group.

* Be a key part of the new openings team, providing support whenever & wherever it is needed.

* Work with Marketing Managers to create promotional plans for sites that need help to drive sales.

* Provide key support in brand management of selected brands within the portfolio

* Be responsible for our brand's day to day activity

* Maintain and update the web site.

* Maintain the quality and integrity of the brands at all times.

* Work closely with the marketing team to deliver accurate till updates as and when required.

* Support the wider business team as and when required

* Send out campaign briefs to sites

* Work with our franchise partners teams to make sure that brands guidelines are delivered whilst creating marketing campaigns for travel/airport environments


The candidate that secures this Marketing Executive position will bring the following skills and attributes:

* Proven track record in multi-site marketing, ideally dining.

* Commercial understanding - excellent relationship building skills particularly with retail operations.

* Ability to prioritise

* Responsible for own workload and be self-motivated in peak times

* High attention to detail

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels

* Able to manage a high workload & tight deadlines

* Strong PC skills

* Willingness to travel within the UK
