Brilliant opportunity for a an established CRM & Loyalty Manager to shape the customer marketing strategy on behalf of a giant within Quick Service Retail.

Description

This is a pivotal role in the structure fully responsible for the loyalty programme and driving the online proposition (deliveries/remote orders.

A commercial role, the main KPI will be around increasing revenue via both the loyalty programme and the online proposition.

You will be expected to:

* Deliver actionable recommendations generated from customer insights

* Continuously analyse the customer journey seeking out opportunities for growth

* Own the relationship with the CRM agency and ensuring a cohesive customer communications strategy

* Lead and develop and grow the loyalty team (currently 2)

* Works collaboratively with a cross-functional team including marketing advertising customer care CSR and internal communications Knowledge and skills needed:


Profile

The ideal candidate will be a passionate about customer communications able to leverage insights and converting the information to revenue increase.

You'll need to have demonstrable track record of owning a CRM and loyalty strategy in a b2c environment (preferably hospitality and leisure).

This is a newly-created position so a self-starter with excellent relationship building skills (along with technical expertise) is a must.

Important to demonstrate the following:

* Experienced in building loyalty strategies that build both the functional and emotional loyalty of guests

* Analytical skills specifically in the areas of loyalty program data and CRM remote order and delivery

* Experience leading and delivery of integrated loyalty campaigns and media plans

* Strategic thinking and leadership skills

* Track record of driving strong loyalty business results
