Global Communications Planning & Strategy Manager
We are looking for a strategically minded comms planning specialist who will be able to elevate campaigns from good to great for this well-known alcohol client.
Acting as an in-house consultant in the Global brand team, this position is instrumental in developing the strategy for a full mix communications plan, as well as working with local brand teams to be able to adapt and make relevant for local market roll out.
Straddling the global strategy and local roll out- you will be developing global tool kits and helping local markets to make these campaigns relevant and implement locally.
Working across a number of brands you will help develop and deliver marketing comms strategies with tailored solutions per brand.
You have significant experience reading, advising and challenging a media plan and work out how best to optimise and leverage at all times.
You might come from an agency background where you have worked on through the line campaigns as a Planner or client Director and have a desire to move into a Client side role where you can really make your mark. Alternatively you might be client side sitting in a specialist function that is focused on strategic comms planning and delivery.
This role would not be suited to a typical brand or marketing manager.
In either case you are as strategic thinker, who has ideally worked in a global role, where you are used to working with multiple stakeholders, brand owners and local markets. You are creative and driven and enjoy working in an autonomous environment.
