Due to movement within the team, an opportunity to join this business at SBM level has arisen. The company has a portfolio of consumer products, manufactues in the UK, and operates successfully in a vartiety of settings and channels.

Description

* Responsibilities include....

Developing and implementing the 5-year brand strategy in line with the five-year portfolio plan. Working collectively with the leadership team to drive the long-term commercial agendas for the brands.



Developing and implementing the annual brand activity plans to achieve the annual brand performance targets for each of the brands. Including the presentation of plans to the Commercial Exec team & Tier One Customers.



Driving the channel activation agenda for the brands, working closely with the customer marketing team across the channels to develop and implement plans which are aligned to our strategy and drive growth of all brands in their respective channels.



Management of the full year investment budget for the brands, ensuring that spend is accurately forecast and managed.



Leading and managing external agencies to deliver brand activity in an efficient, effective and economic manner.


Profile

We are looking for someone who can comfortably operate at Senior Brand Manager level. Ideally you will have managed a brand/product portfolio, in a full mix role which includes NPD/EPD/strategic planning and man-management.

We would like your experience to have been in food, drink, personal care or associated industries.

You will need to be organised, driven, a strong communicator and performing well in your current role.
