Senior Brand Manager – OTC
c.£55K-£60K + Car Allowance + Bonus

Head west of London for this challenging and interesting opportunity to work on this well-known OTC healthcare brand.  Working in a dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in developing the brand strategy and plans; managing day-to-day brand building initiatives; driving innovation projects and managing extensive digital and social media activity, working closely with key agencies.  Using market insight and internal sales data, you’ll monitor brand performance on an ongoing basis – flagging issues and opportunities for the brand, and making recommendations for action.  This is an exciting role in what is a fast-growing but complex category and needs a strong strategic and analytical thinker who can cut through the detail to identify winning strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate
Commercial savvy, curiosity, brand passion and a classic training in a leading OTC or FMCG environment is key for this challenging role.  You will have gained broad exposure across the mix with a track record of driving brand growth via smart strategic and commercial thinking, innovative marketing activity including extensive digital and media work.  A real passion for marketing and brands goes without saying – we are looking for someone who can use their skills, energies and excellent communication skills to bring new ideas and add value to everything they look after, influencing cross-functionally and energizing teams across the business by ‘selling’ a compelling vision and securing buy-in to your plans.
