Description

* Support the delivery of all partner channel and media plans to meet monthly lead and sales targets, ensuring continual sales growth
* Embody the partner brand guidelines across all sales channels, digital content & traditional acquisition & customer communications.
* Develop and manage an engaging social media content calendar
* Actively contribute to management of agency partners to achieve optimum performance - delivering accurate, on-time and within budget activities within plan
* To co-ordinate and gather insights to inform the optimisation of campaigns and customer journeys from weekly, monthly & quarterly digital channel, business and campaign reporting
* To manage visibility of budgets by adopting and accurately managing the monthly budget management process across the marketing budget lines
* Actively contribute and support the wider development of the Digital and Marketing team to improve efficiencies around deployment of activities that commercially deliver
* Support the on-going development of team processes to manage quality control and mitigate legal & regulatory risk in a fast paced delivery environment across day to day end to end processes and journeys
* Build positive relationships with internal and external partners and teams


Profile

* Experience in launching and managing cross channel campaigns that support online sales performance and effective online journeys
* Great creative flair with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
* Up-to-date with best practices in marketing processes and measurement
* Excellent communication skills to challenge internal teams and creative and digital agencies
* Experience in reviewing analytics & campaign reporting, providing thoughtful recommendations to enhance digital and campaign performance


Job Offer

3 months interim contract initially - potential to extend and go permanent
