Due to ambitious growth, this boutique agency are expanding their team and need a new Account Manager to join the family.

Responsibilities of the role include;

* Project management - You will be perfectly capable to work independently, as some events will have minimal senior input. This gives you the platform to think creatively, both in managing the project and in dealing with any issues should they arrive.
* Supplier management - Having already established some brilliant suppliers, this agency are always on the look out for inspirational additions to make a difference to their projects. You will have an open mind for sourcing and establishing suppliers, with a keen eye for detail and the assertiveness to support them to fulfil their potential. Each event should be as important to them as it is to you.
* Commercial management - Working appropriately to each budget, understanding costs and reporting them accurately without sacrificing agency standards for each event.
* Account Management - Each and every client deserves your full attention and passion. You have faith in your own ability to meet their objectives, and you will be authoritative in your opinions so they can trust you as well.
* Business development - You will be excited to promote this agency whenever and wherever possible, because managing these events is what excites you. This means Business Development will come naturally to you, as you will be as unforgettable as the events themselves; you want to be the first person clients think of to run a project.

You will have a couple of years experience in managing events, preferably in an agency environment. You will need to hit the ground running, as this is an opportunity to run events by yourself from start to finish and put your own creative stamp on them.
