Working with the wider digital and data team to scope, implement and validate the appropriate tools and technologies needed to deliver digital analysis in the most effective way.

You will lead on sourcing, collecting and extracting digital data that is accurate and fit for purpose, working with technical teams/developers to configure, test and automate where possible. You will be an ambassador for digital analytics, supporting others to improve their understanding of tracking and tagging processes and solutions. Providing guidance and challenge from a digital/technical perspective and collaborate with teams, especially planning and strategy, to define and build cohesive digital evaluation metrics.

To be successful and enjoy your time as the Digital Analytics Specialist, you will need exposure to and competence in:

* Delivering improvements to the existing ways of tracking, measuring, monitoring and analysing marketing digital products using the appropriate agile methodologies to ensure continued iteration.

* Working with various teams to define the data requirements and feed these in to the development teams, making sure that appropriate data architecture considerations are addressed.

* Ensuring that the digital analytics schemas are clearly defined and documented.

* Helping promote a data and analytics driven culture within Marketing and the wider organisation that is collaborative, open and transparent.

* Stakeholder management: ability to actively nurture and manage relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.

* Actively participating in the cross-government digital and data analysis communities, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.
