A B2B organisation based in South Yorkshire

Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking to recruit for a Customer Insight Manager to identify markets, improve on the customer insight and segmentation. This will be achieved by the conversion of spreadsheet analytics into commercial insight to identify key sales and margin opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Define key customers using marketing led insight and data
* Utilise marketing trends and purchasing patterns to effectively segment the customers and journey.
* Co-ordinate market insight surveys across the customer segments so that the business can collate relevant feedback and use this to shape their pricing, marketing and business strategies.
* Provide and present the data to key stakeholders to ensure they can create tailored pricing, sales and marketing collateral for each customer type that improve the sales effectiveness in these areas
* business with the intelligence it needs to identify and capitalise on new target markets.
* Defining, delivering and safeguarding industry leading customer experiences.
* Implement and track measurable customer engagement/experience standards across the business
* Communicate, report and pro-actively manage insight on voice of the customer data

Personal Profile

* Have experience working with customer insight and segmentation
* Be able to manage and influence stakeholders and deliver results
* Ability to grasp complex information and use it to inform better decisions
* Be a natural story-teller who's able to confidently communicate complex information to non-research audiences in a clear and understandable manner
* Have experience with market/customer research (Quantitative or qualitative) and/or influencing stakeholders
* Be able to pro-actively identify ways of adding value to stakeholders across the business through the sharing of insight and best practice
* Working knowledge (or willing to learn) of SAP Business Objects ideal
