My client, a successful Legal business based in Manchester is now recruiting a Senior Digital Manager to cover a FTC role. If you have an extensive digital background and can commit to an FTC role starting end of June then please get in touch!
Reporting into the Group Head of Digital, this role will develop and execute an integrated on-line strategy as part of the wider marketing and campaign plans

Key Responsibilities:
Translating the vision for digital marketing into a coherent practice area digital marketing strategy that provides a first class user experience for all
Driving visibility and traffic and using on-line digital strategies to build the practice areas 'direct to market' channel and help to achieve the practice areas
Align the digital strategy and marketing strategy
Working with other members of the marketing team (and the wider Group Marketing function) to develop and support specific marketing campaigns for each department
Using and combining the full digital promotional mix (paid and organic) to drive visitors, leads and new business
Identifying, building, launching and managing e-products and services that will create a competitive advantage within the market
Helping to build and then manage and utilise analytics to measure performance and drive campaign efficiency
Leading the development of the digital infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with the wider group strategy while also achieving the specific digital and wider marketing strategic objectives for the business
Ensuring consistency of approach across all e-channels including web and mobile and aligning with the wider social and marketing strategy
Delivering a unified digital presence that reflects the firms brand identity
Enhance user experience and help to improve conversion
Working with the wider group marketing team, to help to build and then mange on-line portals and e-commerce services, including on-line communities, that enhance the client experience and help build client
loyalty and brand champions. As part of this to deploy e-commerce communication strategies
To deploy e-commerce strategies to help build client engagement
Development of a 'continuous improvement' and agile strategy to continue to enhance digital platforms, user experience and conversion rates
Evaluating customer and market research and competitor data to ensure digital channels remain competitive and 'best of breed'
Working as part of the marketing team to enhance and improve the full end to end client journey and experience including helping to improve client capture and on-boarding

Skills Required:
Educated to degree level, ideally with digital marketing qualifications
Extensive digital marketing experience within a commercial environment
Understanding of current (and emerging) on-line marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Experience of developing and managing integrated digital channels as part of wider marketing campaigns
Exposure to all digital channels and range of strategies
Commercially focused and experience of building e-channels that drive leads and new business
Project management, organisational and analytical experience/skills
Available to start work immediately and commit to a 4 month project, may become ongoing
Salary up to £60k - Depending on experience
Flexible working hours, 37 hour week
