Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a brand new role for a Digital Product Manager to own their digital estate. The role is part of a small team of 6 and line manages 1 person

Description

The role of the Digital Product Manager involves the following:



* Ownership of the Digital Estate





* Identify gaps in our digital product set and recommend enhancements and new products





* Development of the strategic roadmap for each product keeping an eye on what new technologies and features would deliver the best possible experience for customers





* Management of the product backlog and working closely with the commercial team to prioritise future changes.





* Documentation of existing processes for each product creating a bible' for each product set.





* Collaborate with third parties using agile methodologies to ensure delivery sprints match the internal roadmap and deliver to core product objectives





* Ownership of the reporting platforms for each product and the production of regular business reports





* Be the Digital Champion for the product set and the internal face of the products





* Be involved in user research to ensure the changes in the roadmap will deliver solutions to our customer's problems.





* Line manage the Marketing Co-ordinator including providing support, identifying development needs and opportunities and managing performance.


Profile

The successful Digital Product Manager will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:



* Working at a strategic level and taking a strategic view of products and developing roadmaps





* Hands on CMS and system management





* Previous experience of product ownership and driving performance of products





* Experience of creating user stories from user feedback





* Knowledge of agile project management





* Exceptional communication skills





* Previous line management experience





* Degree educated
