Michael Page have exclusively been assigned to search for a Marketing Manager for a business based in Hertfordshire. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for a team of 2 and will manage all aspects of the businesses marketing. The role involves working closely with the Head of Marketing to liaise about strategy and implementation.

Our client is a multinational organisation that operates globally and leads the way in innovation. The business invest in their people and are always looking for ways to improve their business model. They are known for selling a wide variety of products and are continually adding to their portfolio.


The Hertfordshire based Marketing Manager will have a hands on approach to all aspects of marketing including on and offline activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Create strategic plans to develop the portfolio of products

* Plan new NPD development for a number of brands

* Work closely with the sales team to create outstanding marketing materials

* Work closely with all key stakeholders

* Manage the budget to ensure there is maximum return

* Manage and brief all agencies including PR

* Manage a team of 2 people


The ideal Marketing Manager will ideally have come from a FMCG or Consumer background. The client is open to the type of products they have worked on. The candidate will have experience managing at least one person before and ideally would have exposure to international markets.

Job Offer

The Marketing Manager can expect a basic salary between £55-60K. Plus a car allowance and bonus.
