Contract: Fixed term until end of December 2020 with potential for extension
Hours: 37 per week
IICSA has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Head of Marketing to work on our awareness campaign for the Truth Project, part of the high-profile Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA). The Truth Project gives victims and survivors the opportunity to share their experiences confidentially and recommend ways to keep children safe in future.
This key role will see you direct and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns for the Truth Project brand, supporting the day-to-day delivery of campaign activity including long-term planning and evaluation. Reviewing and analysing research activity, you will draw on behavioural insights to provide strategic marketing advice to the Inquiry’s Chair and Panel, and the senior leadership team.
Highly organised and an effective communicator, you will develop, oversee and monitor the marketing budget, developing the relationships with our media planning, buying and advertising partners and managing social media communications across a number of channels.
The successful applicant will be a self-starter who has significant experience of delivering marketing campaigns of proven effectiveness with sound judgement, a capacity for innovative thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in the broader communications team.
With robust knowledge of the industry and a proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, you will have experience of procuring and managing contracts, possess strong analytical and project management skills and be able to manage a number of priorities simultaneously.
