Description

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering the marketing plan for one of their most strategically important brands.

The team is leaner than you'd expect so there's lots of scope to get exposure to the full spectrum of marketing channels.

You'll be expected to:

* Support in development of key communication platforms and providing info/briefs for the content hubs.

* Play a pivotal role in content creation and distribution across key channels (social, email etc.)

* Evaluate campaigns and determine ROI against actions with BI unit

* Own brand campaigns with a content focus on ROI

* Work closely with Hotel staff to ensure brand experience guidelines are implemented

* Ensure access to collateral at all levels

* Key point of contact for partner request relating to brand

* Provide marketing support for new hotel openings


Profile

This is a broad marketing role that'd suit an ambitious marketer that wants to get stuck into a role encompassing the likes of TV, Social Media, Operational Marketing, Email etc.

Coming from a B2C environment, you'll have worked across multiple marketing channels where you've made a demonstrable impact.

Whilst you don't need to have worked in travel, a huge interest in it would be massively beneficial.

You'll need to exhibit the following:

* Fluent communication (written and spoken) in English

* High levels of numeracy that translates to an analytical mind-set

* Ability to engage with and influence at all levels

* Customer-centric and commercial thinking.

* Highly enthusiastic with the ability to spot opportunity

* Ability to complete tasks to a high level

* Understanding of working in a matrix organisation
