This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Executive to make a move into an Account Manager position within a start up environment working with some already very established clients. You will be entering a rapidly growing business at the start of thier journey.

Client Details

My client is a start up Media Agency, with the backing and resources of a very well established Marketing Agency. They already work with some amazing clients, many related to property and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive or Account Manager to join them at this exciting time.


The key responsibilities for the successful Account Manager will include but not be limited to:

* To liaise with assigned clients to create a project brief and understand their requirements.

* To liaise and build a positive and constructive relationship with media owner partners and be able to negotiate deals and rates as defined by your / our previous experience or in line with clients expectations.

* To produce media plans that are based on informed decisions using the in-house tools including Location Analyst, Jic-Reg, etc. and are created within the agency booking platform Advantage.

* Liaise closely with partner agency brands in order to produce the projects for the clients which meet the deadlines and budgets set.

* Take a lead in project management activity, ensuring that the schedule is adhered to and deadlines met.

* Ensure that Advantage is used at all times so every campaign is planned, bought and billed correctly.

* Responding pro-actively to all client requirements.

* Provide quotes for clients on all work (using the draft schedule system) and manage invoicing.

* To create a close working relationship with assigned clients, including attending client meetings.

* To monitor digital activities that are managed in-house, including Facebook, Google and Programmatic Display campaigns and create and present digital media reports as per agreement with clients.

* Proactively pursue additional work from assigned clients and chase aged debt when required.

* Delegate work as appropriate.

* Any other adhoc duties as requested by the Account Director.


The successful candidate will have some of or all of the following attributes:

* A self sufficient and confident nature
* Ideally you have experience working on Marketing within the Property industry
* You have the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks at any one time
* An entrepreneurial spirit, you're someone that likes the idea of a start up environment
* The ability to advise and guide clients effectively, whilst providing amazing customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent planning and organisational skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft suite

* People management skills.

* A sense of humour.
