What you'll bring to the table
+ You will run and be responsible for every aspect of driving an ongoing successful client engagement
+ You will bring new ways of working, fresh ideas and experiences to our teams and be passionate about making the difference
+ You will care and worry about all aspects of the account to ensure no areas are missed
+ You will always be one step ahead of any project pain points ensuring the right plans are in place to minimise negative impact
+ You will want to work alongside all members of your team, not to dictate but to lead
+ You will help grow your client’s business by helping them develop their customer proposition
+ You will be the voice that is accountable and relied on to ensure we win every engagement
+ It will be great if you have experience delivering Commerce systems but equally POS, Consumer finance, Retail, ERP, Contact Centres, CMS will add great value to our business
