The opportunity to be a part of a team who provides key support and expertise to a wide range of internal and client-facing teams across the firm.

Client Details

A professional services network of independent accounting and consulting member firms which provide assurance, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses, public interest entities, and public sector entities.


The key responsibilities:

* To support the Business and Client Development activities within the South region for the Gatwick office
* Monitoring sales pipeline, campaigns, local pitches and communication of Business and Client Development news
* To support the local office teams with their implementation of structured account management
* To support the Client Development team in connecting the client voice mprogramme into the office
* Work collaboratively with BD colleagues across the region
* As required, project manage the implementation of national campaigns within the region
* Support local teams in reporting against KPIs


The successful candidate will have:

* 3-4 years experience in a Business Development role
* The ability to work alone with good time management skills
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent
* Experience of coordinating Marketing, Client and Business activities
* Strong communication skills
* Strong understanding of analysis and measuring ROI
* Strong organisational skills
* Confidence when communicating and able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
* The ability to be proactive and use their initiative
* Experience with a professional service or financial service organisation
