With a vibrant, fun environment in their UK offices, they form the centre of a strong UK manufacturing hub that feeds Europe and over 40 countries worldwide. Housing both the EMEA and UK Marketing teams, we are partnering with this innovative client to recruit the job of Head of Marketing to drive the UK Marketing team.

Your new role
As Head of Marketing you will lead a team of Category, Customer & Brand Marketers to deliver the B2B and B2B2C UK Marketing strategy to develop customer relationships, grow brand awareness and increase knowledge of products. You will devise, develop and implement the annual country marketing strategy including product launches & rationalisation, product positioning, category management strategy, channel strategies & programmes, and insight development from both consumer & customers. You will work with the wider EMEA teams as well as UK Sales & Account Managers to develop deeper customer understanding & relationships, and continue to drive for growth.
You will act as a key interface with the field sales organisation, customer services and other business units to ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are well communicated, and develop, manage and control budgets for all marketing costs. You will also lead on all post-campaign activity to ensure strong ROI, and develop marketing 'Best Practices'.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong leadership experience in a senior marketing role, with a background in B2B and B2B2C marketing across Retail, Medical Devices, FMCG or Pharmaceutical product lines. You will have a broad knowledge of a variety of marketing channels and tactics, both online & offline, across Brand, Product, Category and Communications. You will have commercial strategy knowledge, and demonstrable experience leading functions and creating Marketing plans to cover the UK Market. You will bring gravitas and influencing skills to the role, able to communicate with customers and key stakeholders at a high level.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £80,000 - £85,000 plus benefits including a car allowance, bonus, healthcare and contributory pension scheme. You will enjoy working in a driven, market-leading organisation who have strong future plans and are poised to continue taking market share.
