Your new company
Your new company is an expanding organisation in the professional services sector who are seeking an experienced BD, Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team based in Liverpool city centre on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
In your new job you will play an instrumental role in managing a quality service which includes operational business development, CRM activity, digital communications, creative design and marketing and as such you will be involved in managing a wide range of marketing activities. You will provide 'hands on' BD, marketing and communication support for strategic projects and identify organisational best practice as well as being responsible for line management of a team of 5 reports, with supervisory experience across a wider team. As such, you will provide team leadership support integrating, motivating an organising the team to deliver a high quality of performance and service. You will manage day to day delegation of tasks, training and development needs, set clear goals and objectives and review performance.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have a credible and demonstrable background in, marketing, business development and client relationship management and you must have operational and line management experience. Therefore you will have excellent people management and leadership skills. You will ideally have worked in a professional services environment or agency-side where you have evidenced working in partnership. You will have a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivery and a proven ability to motivate, develop and inspire teams to deliver goals and change behaviours. You will have a high level of personal credibility and the ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels across the business. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and real analytical ability. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
