Role: 

Our client is looking for a commercially-driven and customer-focused eCommerce expert to lead their own direct eCommerce business. This role will be a key player in the growth of the Fiskars Group’s online business; focusing on the growth of their brands and their long-term profitability.

This is an opportunity for a digital leader to develop own direct eCommerce for one of the world’s leading homeware brands. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the global eCommerce strategy and roadmap.  They are looking for an ambitious candidate with extensive experience in the eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own the direct own eCommerce business for the brand globally
  • Define global brand assortment for own eCommerce together with brand owner & product managers
  • Guide global merchandising strategy
  • Set a global brand calendar for eCommerce promotions aligned with the global brand marketing plan and activities
  • Brief global needs for eCommerce specific creative content
  • Define and measures core KPIs for the brand in relation to eCommerce
  • Manage external UX, design, and development partners

We are looking for a person who can: 

  • Own the direct eCommerce business for the brand globally
  • Work with brand and content teams to continuously develop the brand’s user experience in that space
  • Own the eCommerce strategy and development roadmap
  • Manage external UX, design, and development partners
  • Collaborate closely with regional eCommerce managers to implement and execute on a local level
  • Oversee SEO and SEM for the brand    

Your Qualifications & Experience: 

  • A track record of growing eCommerce businesses
  • Someone who can take responsibility and ownership of financial targets/can manage budgets
  • eCommerce P&L responsibility in previous role(s)
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in eCommerce and or digital marketing 
  • Strong communication skills, effectively shares knowledge and plans with colleagues and senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of working with Magento or Enterprise eCommerce platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Photoshop
