This role will proactively manage the marketing information for the team and will support the execution of effective marketing campaigns on the brands behalf to the inhouse team members and the external consumer to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

You will support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executives in the implementation of the national marketing plan and retail calendar.

Description

* Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executives in the implementation of the national marketing plan and retail calendar.
* Take charge of the marketing information system, keeping up to date and accurate information on centres and the systems in use.
* Support the Marketing Executives with implementation of marketing campaigns to include key campaigns, trading dates, local centre inititatives and centre investments.
* Briefing designers on the creation of marketing assets for campaigns and investments across all product categories for a range of audiences and channels.
* Paid media channel campaign management - digital, radio, press as well as POS, merchandising, content creation via external graphic designers, influencers, bloggers and vloggers.
* Monitor and keep key systems updated, including online, print and stock management for the centre team; updating their digital screen clips CMS image and asset management library.
* Proof read marketing copy to ensure accurate pricing and key customer facing information.
* Support internal communication of the marketing initiatives.


Profile

* Minimum of 1 years marketing experience.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skill, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
* Experience in developing project plans.
* Commercial Awareness.
* Experience in relationship building with suppliers.
* Written and oral communication skill.
* Excellent customer service skill.
* Ability to work autonomously and self manage to prioritise tasks.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
