The Bid Executive role will manage big ticket complex bids with multi million pound values, you will manage virtual bid teams at an exciting and busy time in the market.

The Bid Executive will be joining an industry leading Technology company who specialise in supporting the health-care industry. The product offering enables health-care professionals to help millions of people. You will be joining an established Bids and operations team who can offer personal development and career progression. The role will be based at the head office near Chertsey.


Description

The Bid Executive will manage the end to end bid process for multiple complex bids, key responsibilities include:

* Working with the Bid Manager and virtual bid teams to deliver high quality bid responses.
* Management of bids throughout the life cycle ensuring all documents are of high standard, compliant and commercial.
* Support sales with required information.
* Creating creative themes and concepts for bids.
* Management of central core bid libraries.
* Proof reading all documentation - high level of attention required.
* Project management and guiding partners to ensure all information and documentation is received to meet time deadlines.


Profile

To be right for the Bid Executive role you will have a track record in end to bid management working on complex high value bids. You will have worked with virtual bid teams, have excellent project and time management skills. You will have excellent attention to detail, grammar and spelling and be an excellent communicator.


Job Offer

Salary on offer is up to £42,000 plus benefits
