An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced client relationship specialist to join the highly regarded Client Relationship Management team of one of Europe's largest and most prominent property consultancies.

The CRM team works closely with senior management and are responsible for instilling client focussed behaviours at all levels and areas of the firm's UK business, ensuring the firm listens to and understands their clients, and that they deliver a joined-up experience which strengthens and develops relationships as well as business with existing clients. Based in London, the role holder will report to the Head of CRM and will work closely with the business stakeholders to advise on a number of key strategic clients with the objective to grow this client segment. The Client Relationship Manager will focus on advising the commercial client teams on key client planning through to delivering planned activities for some of the firm's most valued and strategic clients. The successful candidate will coach and support client teams in best practice client planning, conduct client analysis, drive forward the client listening programme, ensuring clients' interests and needs are always at the heart of business development strategies and organise key client events.

Relevant applicants will need to have a strong academic background, a passion for client care and development and extensive business development experience, gained whilst working in Client Management in either a property or professional services firm. Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable, the Client Relationship Manager must have a can-do attitude with ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team when necessary. Excellent communication and influencing skills are also a must as it will be imperative that the role holder quickly gains respect from senior management.
