Our client is one of the UK's biggest and most successful personal care brands sold globally. Founded nearly 20 years ago they really are a household name and will continue to grow from strength to strength!

Due to this continued success, it is now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the London team and work on a global scale. The duties will include:

* Work closely with the Global Digital Performance Manager to maximise digital performance and ROI across all markets.
* Support with planning and executing global and local campaigns across digital marketing channels e.g. Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display, Affiliates and Remarketing
* Report and measure performance on an ongoing basis and provide regular reports internally to the wider Ecommerce and Digital Marketing team, along with local markets.
* Deliver regular campaign, channel analysis reports against key metrics, with the purpose of identifying opportunities for future improvement and driving efficiencies within specific channels
* Develop the Paid search channel to continually maximise opportunities in this space and to ensure campaigns are targeted, executed on-time and on-brand
* Work closely with affiliate network partners and third parties to drive customer acquisition and implement initiatives to increase performance
* Work with wider digital and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across relevant digital channels
* Act as key point of contact on the day-to-day requirements for a number of international markets
* Leverage new digital initiatives to engage with consumers to enhance brand experience

For your application to be successful you will need:

* Experience in optimising digital strategies and campaigns across Search, Affiliate, Remarketing, Paid Social, Programmatic, CRM and SEO channels for different markets
* Experience in Paid Search with strong experience in Google Shopping Ads, Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) and/or Google Display Network
* Experience in working with Affiliate networks, publishers and third-party partners as well as optimising Affiliate programmes
* Experience in driving growth in SEO, implementing onsite and offsite strategies and best practice
* Excellent hands-on experience with Search, Affiliate and CRM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Google Search Console, Affiliate Window, ESPs etc.
* Experienced user of Google Analytics 360 with a strong ability to derive actionable insights

The role will be based in Central London to start immediately on a temporary basis with a view to be permanent in the future.
