As Senior Brand Activation Manager, you will create and execute an integrated activation plan for your chosen brand. Full ownership of the M&C Budget for UK & EMEA, formulating and continuously developing local communication levers from digital, social, traditional press & trade marketing, all in line with global brand strategies.

Description

As the Senior Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for the following:

STRATEGY

* In conjunction with the Head of Brand Activation, establish the integrated activation plan for your brand aligned to brand and commercial objectives. This includes establishing strategy for new product launches.

M&C BUDGET

* Ownership of the M&C Budget for UK & EMEA for your brand, formulating and continuously developing local communication levers for each brand and category from digital, social, traditional press & trade marketing, in line with global brand strategies.

PARTNERSHIPS

* Establish and management of relevant external partners to achieve this plan such as all aspects of media (traditional + social and digital) agencies.

KEY BRAND LEVERS

* Digital & Social strategy, calendar, campaigns.

* Influencer/Local Brand ambassador strategy and management.

* Traditional Media communication strategy.

* Trade marketing: oversee trade and promotional execution in market which includes primary and secondary space, partnership marketing, added value promotions etc.

* Lead and manage brand collaboration/partnerships locally for his/her brand.

* Merchandising

* Coordination with Head of PR on focus areas

ANALYSIS

* Analyse market intelligence and monitor competitor developments and respond as necessary to ensure delivery of marketing plan targets

* Analyse ROI of agreed activity, identify issues and recommend and implement necessary action plans to achieve marketing plan objectives

ONLINE/E-COMMERCE ACTIVATION

* Coordinate with the UK & Europe Brand Manager for Online to ensure she/he is equipped with all assets required to activate with our on-line partners to ensure 360 activation.

STAY RELEVANT

* Evolve and always strive to make our marketing tools relevant category-leading using local consumer and sector insights.

* Monitor in-market brand commercial performance as well as brand equity performance and develop and execute 'course- correction' actions as appropriate. Competitor Analysis and battle plan


Profile

The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the below skills and attributes:

* A proven track record of brand management within beauty and/or personal care

* Digital and social experience a must

* Track record of developing and executing successful 360 degree brand communication campaigns

* Has worked with national chain retailers

* High proficiency in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

* Knowledge and interest in beauty, fashion and social media

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Keeper of brand image and identity in order to maintain a unified presence and voice
