Description

The key responsibilities of the succesful CRM executive will include:

* Work with the CRM Manager to implement Marketing Cloud and Pardot effectively, including:

-Creation and configuration of Business Units,

-Migrating assets, campaigns and journeys from legacy systems



- Testing configuration and campaigns

* Working with regional CRM teams to plan, manage and deliver multi-channel digital CRM marketing campaigns

* Maintains details of processes and campaign plans to ensure the continued improvements of CRM efficiency and effectiveness

* Detailed reporting on key KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversion rates, unsubscribes etc). Provide recommendations or action plans based on analysis of report findings.

* Implement test & learn strategies to identify the optimal email creative, copy (email and SMS), and deployment programmes for emails and SMS to maximise the effectiveness of customer communications.


Profile

The skill of the successful CRM executive based in London working for this Recruitment Consultancy will include:

* 2 years' experience of CRM campaigns implementation and management

* Strong technical knowledge of Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot

* Experience of using Journey Builder

* Knowledge of SQL

* Experience in Salesforce reporting an advantage
