* Manage and own commercial and product performance reporting for product owners
* Lead financial investigations into performance of the following areas - Marketing, Digital, Campaign, CVM, Branch and Digital Ops
* Analyse marketing, digital and customer KPI's, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize revenue streams and improve ROI
* Develop financial models to understand product profitability, contribution and LTV to support smarter strategic and tactical investment decisions
* Identify opportunities for MI automation across the business and work closely with the MI teams to ensure that data is timely, consistent and accurate
* Interpret market, customer and competitor data to produce comprehensive presentations that can be shared across the business to support media investment and performance decisions
* Create compelling stories utilising data to provide actionable recommendations that will influence and persuade
* Analyze end-to-end customer journey's using attribution modelling to understand consumer behavior and make improvement recommendations on journey's, campaigns and cross-sell activity
* Work closely with partners to leverage MI and performance data
* Analyse spend and marketing activity to demonstrate how we can drive greater campaign efficiencies


* Must have experience of identifying customer behavioural insights and using them to develop tangible product improvements as well as better understanding our customers e.g. customer value management, CPA, CPS etc.
* Experience in working with marketing teams in complex matrix organisations
* Understanding of the opportunities, effectiveness & limitations of various marketing channels and techniques
* Demonstrable experience of turning data into actionable insights; proven ability for storytelling to ensure the insight is well understood and influencing relevant stakeholders to act
* Curiosity for exploring data to understand its content, uncover new insights and seek new applications
* Degree in Statistics, Economics, Maths or similar
* Strong analytics skills with hands on expertise of Adobe Analytics
* Up-to-date industry knowledge of marketing technology and trends
* Ability to develop relationships with senior level stakeholders and other team members
* Strong experience in managing multi-channel marketing performance/effectiveness
* UK experience essential
