The job will need to support the sales and marketing teams with the sales and promotion of the company's services. You will do this by producing online and offline marketing materials, supporting promotional events and assisting with other activities where necessary.

Client Details

The client is non-profit, national leader in providing housing services for individuals with this role based in Birmingham.


The key responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Coordinator include:


Support the production of key sales and marketing materials, including gathering and creating content, liaising with designer and print suppliers and co-ordinating delivery and distribution of materials

Develop and maintain systems for timely management of ordering the production and signing off of marketing material

Liaise with the Marketing Team to create digital assets for the production of interactive/360 degree tours, short promotional films, digital marketing platforms and 3-D virtual models

Co-ordinate and support the implementation of scheme specific marketing plans. Attending regular planning/other relevant meetings; taking minutes and notes, as required. Ensure local and central Sales Teams receive copies of print and online promotional material

Ensure all online content is up to date and consistent, and co-ordinate and manage the provision of information for online portals

Co-ordinate and attend a programme of Sales Events, for schemes nationwide, including individual event plans, staff briefing sheets, displays, presentation, supporting collateral and sourcing/ booking venues/catering/hotel accommodation and staff resource


The successful candidate for the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be:

* Experienced in marketing and communications, preferably within the housing sector
* Proven experience of setting up and delivering robust processes and systems
* Working knowledge of offline and digital marketing, including social media
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Event planning and coordination experience
* Understanding and/or experience of the housing sector is advantageous
* Driving license and access to vehicle is essential

Job Offer
