Description

Leads the development of long and short term brand strategies, articulates the positioning, creative platform and medium to long term innovation plans for the relevant brands
*



Maintains a portfolio of brands
*

Delivers all relevant creative assets and oversees execution in key target markets
*



Leads and directs the development of an integrated marketing communication strategy to communicate with all stakeholders internally and externally
*

Leads the embedding of digital capability within brand teams and influences digital strategy within the organisation in terms of its impact on structure, culture and strategic plans
*

Leads and promotes the use of metrics to improve marketing effectiveness
*

Develops constructive relationships with all stakeholders to deliver short and long term requirements
*



Leads the development of channel and/or partnership marketing plans to meet evolving customer needs and business goals
* Take responsibility of own performance goals and personal growth
*

Drive continuous improvement for improved brand, people and process performance
*



Leads organisation wide co-operation in the development of customer value propositions, identifying strategic opportunities for innovation
*

Works with Supply chain, G&I and BUs to develop and deliver H1 and H2 innovation end to end


Profile

· A relevant and recognised Honours or post-graduate qualification in Commercial/Marketing

· Minimum 12 years' relevant marketing experience, ideally across a range of categories/FMCG's

· Superior leadership skills - including team leadership, thought leadership, problem solving, collaboration

· Mastery in cross functional management and project management skills & experience

· Mastery of strategic thinking and planning skills

· Mastery of developing and executing strategic plans and marketing plans

· Superior background/skills in analytics and data driven business planning

· Superior background in consumer insight and consumer insight driven business planning

· Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including strong demonstrated experience in leading creative work and agency partnerships

· Superior communication skills, both written and oral

· Full knowledge level of digital marketing
