Own, manage, brief and deliver all retail/hospitality focused content and activation through all channels globally in a highly strategic role.

 Execute the b2b marketing strategy and deliver the company's growth objectives.

 Develop and deliver joint Omni-channel marketing programmes to commercial team

 Along with the sales team, identify and deliver the brand within international destinations, and support with activation solutions

 Brief and deliver content requirements to elevate the brand in all channels

 Adapt products and collections, into tailored, targeted selling stories


 Own the narrative and communication of all brand messaging through sales and to commercial partners

 Present new NPD to the market (internal and externally), with all required information, on time and with authority

Marketing Budget

 Manage allocation of and ensure on-going stakeholder adherence to budget, reporting quarterly to the Board


 Manage the integration (with our digital PR strategy), performance and management of all consumer-related PR activities, including 3rd party agencies, present and future (all markets)

 Development content with the BD and HoB, implement, manage and report on a digital PR strategy for all platforms, channels and professional bloggers/vloggers to measurably raise brand awareness and customer loyalty in line with objectives.

 Manage effective relationships with communication agencies (PR, bloggers, advertising) and co-ordinate consumer activity plans.


 Police the brand in the b2b arena, monitor and ensure adherence to company Brand Guidelines, E-Commerce Guidelines and, in conjunction with the BD, Visual Merchandising Guidelines in accordance with brand standards


 Ensure you are up-to date with market, competitor, consumer insights and trends

 Understand our distribution and how to leverage opportunities within

 Manage Market Research partners and associated budgets as required


ROI analysis and reporting on activities against plan, presenting results and recommendations to the Executive Board and commercial teams


Skills/ Qualifications

Proven experience in a trade/customer/channel activation capacity in Consumer Goods/FMCG

 Proven project management with the ability to prioritise

 Excellent verbal, written, listening, communication and presentation skills

 Strong numeracy skills

 Budget maintenance

 Exceptional attention to detail

 Proven track record within a trade marketing environment

 Demonstrable understanding of how to market a premium brand with requisite experience

 Proven problem solving skills

 Strong focus on quality and standards of excellence

 BA (hons) degree
