My client, a non for profit organisation based in Liverpool is now recruiting a Marketing Officer to join their Marketing team. If you have the full marketing mix, with in design experience then please get in touch!

Key Responsibilities
Devise and deliver marketing campaigns to support sales
Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns
Produce and mail out regular newsletters to customers
Design and produce bespoke marketing materials to support sales team
Research and write blogs
Write press releases and build media relations to benefit sales team
Project management, promotion and organisation of events and conferences
Preparation of resources required by the sales team
Develop, maintain and maximise relationships with procurement framework Communications Teams
Maintain customer and media databases using the CRM
Deliver an active and up to date social media campaign to support and increase sales performance
Maintain and update company websites to keep them current, informative and innovative
Oversee photoshoots and media buying
Produce case studies including images
Identify and action ad hoc opportunities to promote sales through communications and marketing

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level/CIM Qualified

Previous experience working in a similar marketing/communications role
Experience of direct marketing, social media, catalogues, eflyers, case studies, email campaigns, updating web content

Ability to be creative, imaginative and motivate others and self

Adobe creative suites/design skills - desirable
An ability to quickly attain skills and knowledge required to work in unfamiliar fields
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and a proven ability to communicate well

Excellent IT skills (Experience of InDesign or Microsoft CRM/Mailchimp is desirable)
Commitment to working in cross-functional teams
An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible in the allocation of hours according to the demands of the role
A flexible approach and commitment to personal development and training
Possession of a driving licence
Salary £25k
Holidays 28 days
Monday - Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm
On site parking
